No consent or waiver by a party of a breach or default by another party under this agreement: (a) shall not be construed as a consent or waiver to continue or waive any ongoing or subsequent breach or default of those obligations or any other obligation of that party; or (b) shall be effective only if given in writing and signed by all parties.
The parties expressly agree and require that this agreement and all documents related thereto be drafted in French.
