It is easy to purchase products through Perfection's online purchase program. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. However, we only accept cards issued in Canada. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product to Perfection by mail. Please contact customer service directly at 1-800-463-0043 to obtain a return authorization number and precise instructions on how to proceed.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Your authorization number is valid for 14 days. You only need to return the product in the same condition as when you received it. The conditions of this policy are subject to change without notice. Every transaction requires the Perfection order number. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable; however, we will be happy to refund the original shipping fees if you return an item due to an error on our part or if we have determined that the product was defective. All products (whether defective or not) must be returned in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging.
IMPORTANT: If a product is not returned in its original condition, the return may be refused or the value of the missing material may be deducted from the total credit. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the purchase.
To protect our customers, we have a policy of not selling items to minors. If you are not of legal age and wish to make purchases from our site, please ask a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase for you.
At Perfection, we do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up-to-date information. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order, to indicate the corrections on the order, and to correct the error on our website at any time. If the product shipped to you is not the correct one, we will be pleased to take it back and offer you a full refund.
The shipping fees, applicable promotions, and the following information only apply to online purchases.
The final shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Perfection generally ships your order with all the products ordered, but the delivery time depends on the availability of our merchandise. Your order shipment may be delayed if products arrive at our warehouse on different dates. If your order falls into this category, we will not charge you for additional delivery. However, you will notice that your total shipping fees will always be included on your first invoice.
Deliveries are usually made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., local time.
We distribute our products in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces. If you wish your order to be sent to a P.O. box or a rural address, please also include a physical address, highway number, and an emergency phone number to reach you. This way, you can ensure that your order will reach its destination.
We use several delivery methods and different carriers. Delivery services may vary depending on your location. In some situations, you may need to pick up your product(s) at your local post office or a Purolator distribution center.

Your card number and its expiration date will only be requested when your browser is executing the pages located on the secure payment system of Stripe. Thus, Perfection, or anyone else, will not have access to your credit card information, nor will they be able to see or use it without your knowledge.
