This set comes in the form of four 54 ml bottles, containing two infused extra virgin olive oils and two flavored balsamic vinegars, specially selected for their freshness.
Whether you're adding to a meal or serving it for lunch, salads are simple, quick to prepare, and nutritious. To break the monotony and enhance the enjoyment, we've prepared two recipes for you.
The first is a raspberry and poppy seed vinaigrette. It's perfect with arugula or spinach salad, along with walnuts and berries or strawberries.
The second is a peach and pesto vinaigrette. It's perfect for dressing a simple green salad or a tomato salad with feta cheese and sunflower seeds.

The Flavors...
In this box, you will find the following flavors, among our infused extra virgin olive oils:
- EVOO with Italian lemon
- Obtained by simultaneously pressing olives and lemon, this oil is bursting with sunshine. It will be delicious on sautéed vegetables, a green salad, or to prepare a delicious aioli.
- EVOO with pesto
- Our pesto-infused olive oil is bursting with the flavors of fresh basil and Parmesan cheese with a hint of garlic. It's perfect for pasta, homemade focaccia , pizza, grilled eggplant, or simply as a snack for dipping bread.
All this, completed with the following flavored balsamic vinegars:
- Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Our dark Italian raspberry balsamic vinegar is rich and velvety, yet delicate and fruity, lending itself well to traditional vinaigrettes, fine cheeses and marinades.
- White balsamic vinegar with peach
- This balsamic vinegar embodies the flavors of a ripe, freshly picked peach. This burst of fruity and sweet flavors blends perfectly with a green or fruit salad or as a brush on meat.
