High-quality ingredients, whole dehydrated eggs, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt, are added to this healthy choice so that pancakes and waffles are ready in less than 2 minutes.

Generally, an equal amount of milk or water is added to the mix. The amount of liquid added can vary depending on the desired consistency. This product can be stored for up to one year in a cool, dry place.

Stone-ground greyish flour mixture - by the way, the darker the color, the higher the quality and protein content of the mix. This simple and healthy product is derived from select ingredients: whole buckwheat flour, sea salt, and baking soda. Consuming this buckwheat adds a significant amount of fiber, vitamins (particularly B1, B2, and B3), and minerals (primarily copper and magnesium, as well as phosphorus and iron) to your diet. This Breton pancake is recommended for vegetarians and helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Mix 1 cup of buckwheat pancake mix with 1 ½ cups of water. Let it rest for a moment until the water and mix form a smooth batter. Cook and enjoy it plain, with butter, molasses, cretons, or cold meats.
