Muffins mix - Double bran and Dates
When I was little, my mother knew how to please me! She would put on her apron and bake muffins. Inspired by her recipe, I created my own, less sweet and with more fibre and protein. And who knows? Maybe some delicious memories will come flooding back!
For 12 muffins, you'll need...
80 ml (1/3 cup) canola oil
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg
